What we made

Ready or not
Honing my spiritual faculties is a worthwhile endeavor. Spirituality adds so much richness and depth to life.
Sing to me
God, your voice is quiet. Like a hum, or a melody. I’ve heard it put that the Gospel is like a tuning fork that resonates with our heart and makes it alive again, bursting with joy.
The zone
You know that voice in your head? The one telling you that you’re really awful?… That the world is doomed, so why even try?… That you’re an imposter?… That you really aren’t up to snuff (especially compared to them)?…

A life becoming
It’s easy to overemphasize doing and underemphasize becoming. We live in a ‘doing’ culture. The question haunts us throughout childhood, “What do you want to be when you grow up?” It suggests an end goal as the only aim. This is such a static and tiring way to live.
